Delivery and Returns
We will try to send all orders out within 8-10 days. Some pieces will be made to order and may take a bit longer. We hope that you will be delighted with your jewellery but we will be happy to exchange or refund any unworn piece as long as you return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Any refunds will not include delivery costs if applied to order. We will send out all orders by Royal Mail Signed for or Special Delivery. All orders over £100 will always be free delivery. If returning any jewellery, you must inform us by email before posting.
At the moment we only post to UK addresses but if you contact us directly we will consider each request from other countries.
